Smile – it sweeps your stress miles away! π
Whether it’s a 3-minute slot or a 3-hour session, my goal
remains the same:
To help people drop into Stillness… and rediscover their Smile.
Here I am at the Senior Citizens Forum, Vidyaranyapura,
Bangalore, doing my best in the 5 minutes allocated to me!
We didn’t just talk, we practiced!
Within that brief window, we explored ‘Mandahasana’ (the smiling posture)
and even managed to squeeze in a fun group activity.
It’s amazing how a small window of intention can open up
space for peace, presence, and play.
