 Do you know, you can practice Self Awareness while watching Netflix?

Not just Netflix, but also while you are working seated in your chair.

When you are involved in the drama/work, you are unaware of your body posture. And that is the cause of your backache, neck pain, stiffness at neck and shoulders….

Try this next time whenever you sit watching Netflix / working on your laptop.

Just become aware of your body, your entire body. Scan the body for any unease feeling at joints and muscles. That awareness itself will help you to get back to the right posture! You will also get up and move around!!

Being aware of sensations in the body every now and then can be learned easily and greatly help in the wellness of the body!
