Just become aware of your body, your entire body. Scan
the body for any unease feeling at joints and muscles. That awareness itself
will help you to get back to the right posture! You will also get up and move
around!!
Being aware of sensations in the body every now and then can
be learned easily and greatly help in the wellness of the body!
