Self Awareness Practice [1/3]

 Do you know, you can be in Self Awareness while stranded at a traffic signal?

This is important because you can de-stress yourself quickly.

While in traffic, if you are getting agitated and anger/rage is rising in you looking at the potholes, the way people around are driving, honking, behaving, then you are feeding the Stress that is already present!

De-stressing on the go is possible with micro Self Awareness practices.

Try this when you are stranded at a red signal next time!

Just be aware of ALL the sounds around you.

Do not label them as loud horn, music, engine sound, etc.

You reach the Silence beneath all the sounds!!
