Surprisingly, it may be the same thing that once helped people sleep well.
Sports.
Not playing sports.
Watching sports.
There is always something happening somewhere.
IPL, FIFA, Formula 1, Tennis tournaments, Chess championships. Olympics, NBA.
One match ends.
Another begins.
And because the games are often played in different countries, they arrive at odd hours.
"Just one more over."
"Just one more set."
"Just one more race."
Before you know it, midnight becomes 1 AM.
Then 2 AM.
The next morning, your body pays the price.
The irony?
When you play a sport, your body gets refreshed.
When you only watch sports, your sleep often gets sacrificed.
I'm not saying don't watch.
I'm asking:
If you're not playing the game, why are you paying with your sleep?
