Pausing is on your to-do list?

During one of my sessions, a participant shared something that really struck me.

"I have even put ‘Take a Pause’ on my to-do list… but I never get to it."

He went on to say that whenever the reminder popped up, he would be in the middle of something…

He hits Snooze – So the pause ended up being paused!

We have turned stillness into something we must earn —

after the emails, after the deadlines, after the day is “done”, after the noise dies down.

But presence doesn't wait for the perfect moment.

It is the moment.

Just pausing our train of thought, right where we are —

That’s enough. That’s powerful.

No setup. No rituals. No checklist.

Just a few seconds of stillness.

It’s not about slowing down forever.

It’s about knowing when to pause and when to act — in alignment with the moment.

That’s what I share through micro-practices at SuswasaSpace.

Lived, not forced. Gentle, not scheduled.

Stillness isn't one more thing to do.

It’s how you meet what you already do — more calmly.

Presence doesn’t need a plan.

It just needs a moment.
