To-Do 3 - "Create a Calm Space for Mindfulness" ❌

To-Do 3: "Create a Calm Space for Mindfulness"

I do not recommend this!

Because when I am in the middle of a chaotic situation, I am not in the mood to create a calm space!

I’ve been there. During my early mindfulness days, I tried everything:

  • I found a lush green spot, but my mind filled with envious thoughts.
  • I lit a candle, only to have my mind drift to jealous thoughts.
  • I burned incense, and my mind raced, imagining my wishes turning to ashes.

Sound familiar?

Here’s the truth - Mindfulness isn’t about forcing calm around you. It’s about finding calm within. Even in the most stressful situations, self-awareness micro-practices can help you pause, reset, and create inner calm.

Curious to see how it works?
Use those chaotic moments as triggers for micro-practices. In just four weeks, this can become a habit, helping you stay grounded no matter what’s happening around you.

P.S. – I have compiled many questions people often ask before starting a mindfulness or meditation program. Stay tuned as I share insights based on real interactions with my clients!
