Tip 2 - "Anchor Mindfulness to Everyday Moments"

"Tip 2: Anchor Mindfulness to Everyday Moments"

Do you feel scattered throughout your busy day, wishing for more time to practice mindfulness?

In my workshops, I often suggest, “Mindfulness doesn’t need extra time -anchor it to what you are already doing. For instance, notice the warmth of your coffee cup or become aware of your breathing rhythm  before opening a meeting agenda.”

One client tried this and found mindfulness slipping naturally into their daily routine.

Key Tip: Link mindfulness to everyday activities like drinking coffee or walking to a meeting, even driving your car!
