Mindfulness isn’t about doing it perfectly - it’s about noticing when your mind drifts and gently bringing it back to the present moment.

This perspective shift helped my clients approach to their practice with more compassion. Instead of viewing it as a task to be completed flawlessly, they began to see mindfulness as an opportunity to show kindness to oneself, returning to the present without judgment.

Key Tip: Be gentle with yourself. Mindfulness is a practice, not a test.
