You too may be wondering how to gauge your progress in mindfulness.

You are so used to tracking metrics and progress charts at work that it’s natural to think, “How will I know if this is working?”

In my workshop, I often say, “That’s a great question - mindfulness doesn’t show up on a graph, but it shows up in your life.”

Think about those moments when you have felt overwhelmed - perhaps during a heated meeting or a chaotic evening at home. Now, imagine feeling a little less reactive, a little more grounded. That’s progress.

Amit started noticing these small but significant shifts: staying calm during his toddler’s tantrums, managing stress more effectively in team meetings, and enjoying more restful sleep. These moments became his personal metrics, each one a testament to his growth.
