I conducted my first training program on 22nd March 2012 at KLE Engineering College, Belgaum. Around a hundred students attended the workshop.
At the time, I hadn't attended any formal soft skills
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs. However, I designed the workshop with a focus
on maximum engagement to ensure the message was delivered as intended.
It was much later that I learned about structured training
methods. But that first program left a lasting impact on me, as the students'
enthusiastic responses gave me the confidence to continue.
Even today, I prioritize engaging my audience—whether it’s a
one-hour session, a one-day workshop, or a three-day program.
If you’re looking for guidance on making self-awareness
micro-practices a habit, connect with me. These practices can make it easier to
de-stress and rejuvenate on the go!
Sharing some photographs and feedback I received.
