Train of thoughts from the window seat

Train of Thoughts from the Window Seat

As I sat watching the world race by from the train window during my recent journey, something struck me.

The scenery kept changing rapidly—each moment a blur of fields, cities, people—just like our thoughts, always in motion. It’s hard to hold onto one thought, just as it’s impossible to capture one scene from a speeding train.

But then I noticed the sky. Constant, still, calm. Unmoving, while everything else flew past. And because of that steady backdrop, I could focus on the beauty in each frame.

Life works the same way. We can’t stop the train of thoughts. But by accessing the stillness within—like the steady sky—we become more aware, not overwhelmed.

That’s where micro-practices come in. They help us tap into that calm space, allowing thoughts to flow without irritation, and helping us see the bigger picture.

I guide busy professionals through micro-practices to release stress, anxiety, and irritating thoughts and quickly return to a state of peace and calm.

DM me to experience the power of micro practice over a 20-minute call.
