 🔥 Day 3 Micro Practice: Embracing Stillness through the Fire Element! 🔥

 

Welcome to another day of self-awareness micro-practice! Today, we will explore the element of fire and how it can help us find stillness amidst our daily activities.

 

Take a moment to pause and engage in two simple exercises:

 

1Temperature Awareness: As you enjoy your coffee, tea, juice, or water, become fully present and aware of the temperature of the liquid as it touches your lips and flows down your throat. Notice any variations in temperature and let yourself be fully immersed in this sensory experience.

 

2Shower Meditation: While taking a shower, bring your attention to the temperature of the water as it cascades down your body. Allow yourself to feel the warmth or coolness against your skin. Notice the subtle changes in temperature as you move and adjust the water flow.

 

During these practices, it's crucial to remember one important aspect: Observe the variations in temperature without getting caught up in any thoughts that may arise. Simply let those thoughts pass by and stay focused on the present moment.
