If you are wondering why meditation is not working for you OR
if you doubt that meditation cannot resolve your issues, read on!
Each of you is unique – unique in how your body, senses,
thoughts, and emotions interact!
And the good news is, we can use our body, sensory perceptions, thoughts, and emotions to be in Meditation at any time, all the time!
Here's a case study on how micro-practices helped resolve many issues concerning the body, sensory perceptions, thoughts, and emotions!
Here is the condition of the person at the time of registering for the course.
This person was habituated to breathing through the mouth and was highly lethargic to start exercises.
During the first session itself, I got feedback that it was the first time in many months that breathing through the nose happened continuously for more than 3 minutes!
Then practicing the micro-practices of the first session over a week improved the nasal breathing and morning exercises became the routine!
Then the second session happened.
After initial enthusiasm, it is quite common to hit the wall, and doubting the self happens! Nevertheless, handholding and encouragement ensured continued practices and results were exemplary!
The third session turned out to be very special like for everyone else!
During the session past trauma and resentments buried in the subconscious surfaced up and cleared to a greater extent. All this happened just by getting into self-awareness through thoughts. There were no instructions, no prodding, and no inducing suggestions!
Practicing through the third week helped to overcome the emotional issues, bouts of fear, and anxiety. Notice the increased number of practices.
After the fourth and final session, it became obvious that by just practicing to be in Stillness aka Self Awareness, there is an overall improvement in both physical and mental health conditions!
Now, this person who was contemplating to resign the job just a month before rejoined the duties and is happy!
Did I do any magic?
No! I just initiated and guided the person to be in stillness for a few moments every now and often even while involved in day-to-day activities.
Magic is in Stillness!
Here's the feedback after completing the course.
