Emotions - Express or Suppress?

 Hello? there is a popular opinion of, naming the emotions to reduce the stress.

 

Don't do that!

 

There is another way to effectively reduce stress. 

 

Naming leads to shaming - there is a saying, right? Because the moment you will try to name your emotion - like, am I anxious? OR, Is it fear or panic? –

 

See you get into the vicious cycle of negative thoughts, right?

 

So that is a way of nature of thoughts, how they work. Okay.

 

Now just be aware of the sensations in the body and do not verbalize them. And you have the freedom to express or suppress the emotion, both are required, depending upon the situations you are in.

 

Try this and let me know the effect of just becoming aware of your sensations in the body and getting over the effects, ill effects of emotions.

 

It is one more way to awaken the child within!
