Be child like again!
That’s the advice we hear time & again.However, most of the time we refrain!
Yet, we keep saying Koi lauta de mere beete hue din! (can anyone bring back the olden days!)
But, it requires having a fit body and sound mind!
Once you gain a fit body and sound mind, you too can say – laut ke aagaye re golden din! (wah, golden days have returned!

That was my first attempt at climbing the tree and hanging over there!
How did I get that idea and courage, flexibility, and strength, and motivation at the age of 58, considering the fact that I started regular exercising only after reaching 50!
That was the result of regular practice of Zhan Zhuang which means Standing like a tree!
And it is #tyme – Tree Yoga & Meditation!
In this practice, exercise happens in stillness, stillness of the body, unlike other forms of exercise!
I will be posting more on how to get to that #tyme zone of being a child again!
