Face Existence Accept Reality!
You are not alone in facing
adversity.
Only your thoughts are
amplifying it out of proportion!
Suppose you are planning to
go out for some work and it starts raining heavily. Then the mind immediately
will come up with many possibilities that imply your work is getting hampered.
Generally, the mind will not
come up with the positive outcome of reality.
In this case, it could have been
– Thank goodness, I am safe at home. If the rain had started a little later, I would
have stuck between my destination and home, wasting my time!
So, if we step back from the
thinking mind a bit, we will be able to look at reality clearly and as it is. And an appropriate
solution emerges.
That is being in Self
Awareness moment.
Observing Nature can be a
great way to be in Self awareness.
Look at the sky, clouds,
plants, trees, birds, even insects and be aware of all that happens in the
vision.
Avoid following thoughts
that try to label and reason all that is in the region of vision and beyond!
Whenever you feel anxious,
doing this simple practice even for about 60 seconds will help you to ride over
the anxious moments and be calm.
Self Awareness practice is
the simplest way to Face Existence & Accept Reality!
