You cannot fulfil this - I need taste!
Imagine saying, "I want
taste!" and invariably you will be asked, "Which one -sweet,
spicy?"
Taste, like true self-awareness,
only exists when you actually experience it.
We can't get it from outside - it's
already within us, always available.
But unless we "taste" it
through a real experience, it just stays as an idea. That’s where micro-practices
come in.
They help you experience
self-awareness in small, simple, and repeatable ways - right in the middle of
your daily routine. As Yoga Vasistha says, awareness is the essence of every
experience.
We just need to notice it - like
tasting the flavor that was always in the dish!
For example: next time you have a
coffee or tea, take a sip-by-sip pause. Observe the taste, smell, and
physical sensations before you swallow.
So, next time you look for peace or
clarity, pause… and take a small bite of the moment you are already in.
At #SuswasaSpace, I help busy
professionals "taste" self-awareness through micro-practices that fit
right into daily life.
Because peace isn’t out there - it’s
right here, waiting to be noticed.

day? Drop a '☕ ' below to let me know you're ready to start
tasting the moment.
