Let Your Mind Wander – It’s Good for You
This article beautifully reminds us that allowing the mind to drift - especially in natural surroundings - helps restore focus, attention, and creativity.

Science calls it attention restoration, time in nature helping the brain recover from the strain of constant focus.
But what if you’re in the middle of a concrete jungle?
I used to get frustrated whenever I couldn’t escape to natural surroundings to relieve my tension. That changed when I discovered TYME.
In my 11+ years of practicing TYME - Tree Yoga & Meditation (Zhan Zhuang), I have learned this:
You don’t always have to seek out forests or mountains to feel nature’s healing effect.
We often forget - we humans are nature too.
When we assume a TYME posture, the mind naturally begins to wander through the body, noticing sensations. With a little guidance, it learns not to chase the cause or meaning of those sensations.
That’s where the magic happens - healing, rejuvenation, and a fresh flow of ideas.
It’s also where many of my self-awareness insights are born, the ones I share with people and on social media.
Whether you are surrounded by towering trees or tall buildings, you can still gift your brain the pause it craves.
Your mind will thank you - and so will your creativity.
