Suswasa and GSP (Growth Seeking Professional)

GSP: “I need to step up my game. I am ready to put in the required hours to see some real growth!”

Suswasa: “60 hours sounds perfect.”

GSP: “Wait… are you saying I should work 60 hours a week?”

Suswasa: “Who said anything about work? I am talking about sleep.

GSP: “Oh. I thought you were about to drag me into some hustle culture nightmare.”

Suswasa: “Nope. Hustle culture can wait. Your brain, body, and sanity need 50 to 60 hours of sleep per week. That is your real growth strategy.”

GSP: “But I have so much to do! Who has time to sleep that much?”

Suswasa: “Oh, no problem. Just trade sleep for daily brain fog, forgetting why you walked into a room, and putting your car keys in the microwave oven.”

GSP: “…Fine. I’ll try it for a week.”

A week later…

GSP: “Okay, I hate to admit this, but you were right. I am focused, I am calm, and I haven’t left my keys in the microwave once this week.”

Suswasa: “Told you. Sleep isn’t wasted time, it’s your power source. Now go take a nap; your future self will thank you.”
