It’s not just the story of those 170 people. In every session, nearly every participant says they agree, but about 95% won’t follow through!

What is it?
Meditation!

Everyone believes meditation is good for overall well-being, yet most don’t practice it regularly. Reasons vary – lack of time, discomfort with certain systems, or mainly, a misunderstanding of what meditation truly is.

In my stress management sessions, I help participants understand the real meaning of meditation and offer micro-practices they can use anytime, anywhere. These practices respect the customs, cultures, and traditions of all participants, making them suitable for organizations embracing DEI.

Recently, I conducted three sessions at Sartorius, engaging drivers, shop floor employees, and executives. I am grateful for the positive feedback received from their HR team (screenshot attached), especially their mention of how the strategies have already impacted daily routines.
