Outcome of Self-awareness micro-practices

We all ultimately seek restfulness and the ability to handle pain while navigating the hectic pace of life. I still remember the days I went through two and a half decades ago.

I had a crazy idea of starting a flower business as a side hustle! I had an innovative concept of presenting roses with messages on special occasions.

I even succeeded in getting an order from a Shopper’s Stop outlet! However, I had to travel to the city market to procure flowers at 4:30 in the morning, which disrupted my sleeping pattern while managing a toddler.

All this took a toll on my health. I used to have severe throat infections, and I thought it was due to the cold winds I had to endure during my morning trips to the market.

The antibiotics I took to cure the infection wreaked havoc on my digestive system. Later, I noticed that these symptoms appeared whenever I got stressed out.

I always wanted to rest but could not get any, even on Sundays.

Much later, after experimenting with self-awareness micro-practices, I learned to enter a state of restfulness at any time.

These practices have helped me handle all kinds of pain that occur in the flow of life. Now, I no longer suffer from throat infections. At sixty years of age, I am free of lifestyle ailments like high blood pressure and diabetes. I have remained mostly medicine-free for the past decade.

I have guided more than a hundred people through my one-to-one sessions on self-awareness micro-practices. These practices have helped them achieve restfulness at any time and handle pain, both physical and psychological, quite easily.
