Hurry to check if you are suffering from acidity.

Hurry to check if your anxiety levels are shooting up.

Hurry to check if you are prone to frequent mishaps.


STOP hurrying!


Hurrying is the cause of acidity, anxiety, and mishaps!


Even pausing for a few moments can greatly help bypass the amygdala.


Practice pausing now and often throughout the day to be on the path to well-being.

 

PS – Sharing six-word story #12 today. A spark was lit 12 days ago upon reading a post mentioning a six-word story and I am getting ideas almost daily. Today I thought of adding some explanation to it!
