Take a moment to watch a few ants, which are not part of the ants moving in a row! These ants seem to be on a recce. Now, forget about analyzing or speculating their direction. Instead, simply observe their movements with curiosity.

 

In that moment of observation, you find yourself in stillness. The constant chatter of your thoughts fades away, replaced by a tranquil sense of presence.
