I have had enough of such days - beautiful days turning into nightmarish ones!
And there was a lot of suffering.
It is like, you wake up with a smile and knowing that the day
is going to be beautiful. Indeed it will pan out as a beautiful one! And
suddenly you experience bouts of fear and anxiety for no reason!
The triggers for such happening came from most unexpected
events;
While eating favorite food, listening to radio/TV news, while
conversing with friends/colleagues, watching comedy movies!
Fortunately, there were no social media at that time!
(Now the probability of getting into fear and anxiety
increases with the engagement on social media)
I came to realize about the triggers much later.
The real cause behind those eruptions of fear and anxiety was
holding grudges!
A grudge is a persistent feeling of ill will or resentment.
Grudges could be against anyone; your friends, spouse,
children, parents, relatives, colleagues, neighbourhood contacts and funnily it
could be even against persons you come across TV/social media!
Look for them, and immaterial of their intensity just let
them go!
Do this letting go, over and over again!
Slowly you will see calmness becoming the default state,
irrespective of what you are going through in your life!
And it heals many irritating allergic conditions like
frequent cough/cold, inflammation of eye/skin, etc.
Getting into Stillness now and often is an effortless way to
let go!
Be in Stillness now!
