Set your SLEEP SYSTEM right!

Me: “Set your SYSTEM first” a bit of annoyance crept in!

That was in response to Rakesh saying “I have a system right? I get up early in the morning, keep away from devices for the first two hours, doing exercises, meditation, and proper diet. Even then I feel exhausted in executing the well-crafted plans!”

Do you resonate with this?

Then set your SYSTEM first!

However, sleep is a very important aspect of living, living healthily!

Sleep is a 𝐒elf 𝐋oading 𝐄nergy 𝐄fficiency 𝐏rocess.
