I AM THE BOSS, AND I HAVE PERMISSION TO SAY SO!

 I am the BOSS and I have permission to say so!

We have come across this quote quite often and chuckled at it also!

The word BOSS is a much maligned word these days, in order to make LEADER, Leadership more appealing and sexy!

But they are just labels!

The degree of Bias is the reason behind

                       Opposing others’ views and opinions and

      Trying to   Stifle the people with different views just to

                       Self serve!  

 

There are persons who are totally

                              unBiased

                           And Open to all views and opinions thereby 

                                   Supportive of shared vision of the team

               And  able to Synergise everyone’s  efforts!
