This is especially for the
millennials and others, who like to binge; Binge eating, binge watching, binge
gaming….
Holiday season is on the
horizon and so many plans are being made!
There are already many
articles and YouTube videos on how to survive bingeing to appear saner and
thinner during the New Year eve party!
Though bingeing is a regular
weekend affair, it peaks during holiday season like Christmas and New Year. People
who binge are always in great enthusiasm thinking about the days when they can
binge and also during binging.
But what happens to that enthusiasm
and euphoric feeling later?
A kind of despondency hangs
on!
Now, is there something
which, not only sustains the enthusiasm and euphoria but also results in
increase?
For a change, would you like
to binge on something different than all these days?
Let’s try one simple thing.
WAIT….
Yes! Just be in the state of
waiting, waiting for no particular thing/person/situation!
What happened? Did you
experience a kind of feeling that is serene, calm and peaceful?
You are a Buddha now!
Buddha referred here is not a person. It is the space
where we all want, desire and struggle to be in! The space that is serene, calm
and peaceful!
Now try binge viewing a vast
sky any time which is convenient for you.
Sunrise, sunset timings and
night sky are better options!
Binge and be a Buddha!
