Doing meditation? Stop!

 I tend to become more anxious and angry after doing meditation!

 

Whenever I sat for meditation, I used to be anxious about sitting the whole 20 or 30 minutes, because now there were many more thoughts to deal with!

 

Then I doubted – whether am I correctly following the procedure, as thoughts kept distracting me!

 

Also, I could not react to the things happening around me, and those things were bubbling inside waiting for the end of meditation!

 

And the funny thing is – either keeping those bottled up reactions or expressing them will have upsetting consequences!

 

I also observed that many people were struggling with these things.

 

And many more people just would not venture into doing meditation, fearing many restrictions and dos and don'ts!

 

Then, I understood that Meditation is essentially ‘Beingness’ and approaching it purely through ‘Doingness’ is futile!

 

Are you Doing Meditation?

Stop!

Start Being in Meditation!!
