I have asked this question to hundreds of people in the workshops.
Do you believe in the well-being of
the body & mind leads to joyful living?
And every time the response is a
resounding YES from everyone!
Then the next question – How many
of you are REGULARLY practicing something towards that?
So far I have not got anywhere near
10% yes, from each of those groups!
Why this gap?
The majority of the people say they
have no time to practice though they might have learned the techniques.
Can there be a way to well-being
irrespective of the degree of busyness one has?

Dissolving ‘FAT’
by manifesting Buddha!
(FAT
– Fears, Anxiety, Thoughts
unwanted)
Most of us go
through the pressure of Monday blues and feel pressured even planning for the
weekend pleasures also!
There are pressure
points waiting to burst out throughout the day which creates a lot of anxiety,
fears, and unwanted thoughts.
The stress levels
are very high and most of the time it is masked, so we are unaware of it, till
it manifests as a physical or mental ailment!
The stress happens
because you have to deal with never ending ‘to-do’ list, balancing the demands
of time and expectations from family members, career related matters – like job
satisfaction, career progression, and meeting goals.
Another major
stress point is dealing with health issues of self and the others around. Over and above these, there are environmental
issues like pollution, traffic, and changing weather conditions.
Finally, thoughts
about physical/emotional/social/financial securities push us deep into stress.
ALL THESE CREATE
AN INVISIBLE FAT, WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL AILMENTS.
However, there is a simple remedy to de-stress and
rejuvenate!
Let’s manifest
Buddha! Buddha is not a person here.
It is the Space where we all want, desire, and struggle
to be in;
A Space that is serene, calm, and peaceful!
It is easy to get
there. Just slip into the gap between the thoughts.
Whatever your degree of busyness,
these micro-practices help you get there, anytime, all the time.
These micro
practices help avoid Monday blues irrespective of having / not having
pleasurable weekends!
You are welcome to
experience these micro practices and retain the newness of this New year,
throughout the year and beyond!
