Thought can incapacitate any person if allowed to run its own course!

 It was early January 2016.

I got a call from a lady and I could sense the mixture of urgency and anxiety in her voice. She wanted me to help a person who is in mental agony!

As I started to enquire about that person, I was cut short and told me that the next day morning I will get all the details through SMS and the phone was cut!

It was all surreal to me!

Strangely I decided to take up this!

The next day, I just went to the place suggested through SMS and this is what I found out;

A young man flew down to Bangalore from Britain and checked in to a five-star hotel. He is well built, with an athletic body! He had participated in the international marathon races and is a mountain climber, having conquered Mount Kilimanjaro!

It was his first visit to Bangalore and had not stepped out of Hotel for 3 days!

What could be the reason?

He was in a relationship tangle with the girl who had asked my help the previous day!

His mind was racing helter-skelter and making a mountain of issues!

To my surprise, I came to know that he had read the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle also!

Then, I told that young man that I do not have any magic wand to get him out of his agony. However, if he agrees to walk through the self-awareness process, he will be able to get clarity on everything!

He agreed and I visited him for 2-3 hours session for four days!

On the third day itself, he had turned very cheerful!  He even ventured out of the hotel and explored a bit of Bangalore!

On the sixth day, he contacted me to say that he had sorted out everything and is happily returning to Britain after a couple of days!

Thought can incapacitate any person if allowed to run its own course!

However, Self Awareness can help the thoughts to stay on the right course!!
