Today morning, it was sunny here in Bangalore after so many days of cloudy weather.
I went to the terrace to enjoy the
warmth of the Sun.
There was a pigeon sitting on the
parapet doing the same!
I just wanted to do a few
exercises.
And a thought crossed my mind. My
movements and clapping may disturb the pigeon!
Again had a glance at the pigeon,
it seemed to wonder what next?!
I slowly started stretching my
arms, moving my legs, and clapping too!
Pigeon, fortunately, didn't get
disturbed and kept on enjoying the warmth of the Sun!
I was grateful for it!
Why did I share this?
To be grateful, we need not wait
for something significant to happen in our life.
Just being grateful to the
day-to-day experiences helps us create those grateful moments which are
essential to be in presence!
Now, we have innumerable ways to be
in gratitude!
