PPS:
Providing a brief about the workshop as some of you
may not be familiar with
Hindi. (Participants sharing is in Hindi);
Everyone aspires to be happy in whatever s/he does.
That’s fundamental human nature.
But in reality, the majority of people feel
unhappy with their profession,
family, society, and even with themselves. All this
is because of the stress
caused by the present way of lifestyle which in turn
is dictated by the
networked society.
The demands of the profession, family, and society
on the
person, especially on corporate executives are
enormous. Coping and balancing
such wide-ranging issues cause stress. And
stress is a major contributor
to physical as well as psychological ailments.
So, it is essential to learn to de-stress ourselves
on a day-to-day basis to remain
healthy and productive.
Any person, who has learned to be happy with the
self, will spread happiness all
around. Happy people are always welcome in any
organization, as they contribute much more than ‘productivity to society.
Here are the key takeaways from the EPIC workshop ;
(Energetic, Productive, Intuitive
and Celebrative)
1. Knowing our HAPPY APPs. – How to become aware of
the HAPPY APPs and run them!
2. Experiencing the mechanics of the Mind – This is
a unique and one of its kind
activity to experience the mechanics of the mind,
the flow of thoughts. A
simple and unique activity provides the experience
of thought patterns and how to organize them for a better understanding of self
and relating to people and situations around.
3. Understanding the aspect of inherent dilemmas one
faces in real-life
situations.
