Post 3 – Holding the Sky: Connecting Earth and Heaven
Continuing the Tree Yoga & Meditation posture series…
Raise your hands slowly up to eye level and imagine pushing a
large balloon away.
This is Holding the Sky, a more demanding position, where you expand
upward while staying grounded.
🔹 Benefits:
✅ Lengthens spine and eases back tension
✅ Promotes circulation and deeper breath
✅ Balances upward and downward energy flow
Why I love it: This posture reminds me that
growth happens both ways – rooting down and reaching up.
👉 Micro-practice: Try this for 1–2 minutes and
feel your spine gently lengthen with each breath.
