What is Aspirations Management program?

 We as human beings want to have fulfillment and further fueling of expanding our actions with happiness!

It is difficult to manage and match all those three components.

Aspirations management program drives one to deeply reflect on knowing oneself better in terms of what are real needs, prioritizing those needs, understanding one's personality, and matching it to fulfill the needs.

It does not stop there. It gives a measure of happiness in achieving things. It also enables decision making which is what life is all about - A series of choices. The quality of life enhances only with the appropriate choices at different phases of life.

Each one of us has certain abilities(skills) and personalities.

The Aspirations Management program provides tools to reflect deeply in a structured manner to channel the abilities and personality to lead a life of success and happiness all through changing phases of life!

 

PS - Ramanan Vaidyanathan, the architect of the Aspirations management program and Subramani Sarode are facilitating the program for about 400 students of Ramaih University of Applied Sciences over the next two weeks.
