Tyme series Post 4

 Fatigue!

And gasping for air.

 

That’s what you experience during the most forms of vigorous exercise like brisk walking, running, gym, sports, Zumba dance..

 

All these forms of exercise actually concentrate on developing physical strength.

 

However, they are also taxing on the heart and lungs leading to exhaustion!

(There are many instances of fatalities also due to the internal exhaustion)

 

Zhan Zhuang (aka standing like a tree) exercise helps relaxing nervous and muscular systems simultaneously thereby clearing the pathway for the renewed circulation of natural energy in our body and minds.

 

This system can even be adopted by the people recuperating from a long illness. They will gradually gain energy and that helps in faster healing.

 

So it’s #tyme to be like a tree because you are also a great power station of nature!
