Continuing the Tree Yoga & Meditation posture series…
Imagine you have a belly like a laughing Buddha and gently
curve around your lower belly as if you
are supporting your belly!
This is Holding the Belly where energy collects in your core.
🔹 Benefits:
✅ Grounds scattered thoughts and emotions
✅ Nourishes your lower
energy center (dantien)
✅ Relieves tension in the
belly and lower back
Why I love it: This posture helps gather the
increased Chi in the body.
👉 Micro-practice: Stand in this posture for 3
minutes before bed. Return to Wuji and notice the calm settling in.
