Imagine that you are standing in a stream, with the current flowing
toward you. Bend your knees. Now reach your hands out to either side.
Standing in the Stream helps you achieve a higher level of stamina.

Why I love
it: Life doesn’t pause for us, but this posture shows me how
to stay calm even as things move around me.
