My stress level is never constant!
Will it be constant for anyone?
Anyways, my stress level loves to move up and down the entire
range of the scale.

IMO, the stress level fluctuates based on the following ;

Family related matters
·
Traffic, pollution, climatic conditions
·
Unnecessary thoughts about past and future
The body can handle the occasional high level of stress, but when
it remains at a higher level for a longer duration, it can attract many
illnesses.
Since stress happens all through the day, the better way of
keeping it under manageable limits is to de-stress and rejuvenate on the go.
Self-awareness micro-practices are a good option to keep the
stress level in check in this VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.
