Do you know that you

(players are sweating
out on the ground so they can have energy drinks, not you!)
2. Are you keeping the
food delivery persons busy during those 40 overs?
Watch out - are you hungry? If so, then eat good food.
3. During a strategic
timeout, close your eyes and just watch your inhalations and exhalations the
way they are happening. And your mind stops speculating about how the forthcoming
overs have to be or how those previous overs
should have been. And all unwanted thoughts!

are you messing up with your sleep pattern?
Just watch out for
these four things and you will win the IPL trophy with the following goodies;

improves (no growling sounds & no bloating too!)

it!
