Our entire Universe is contained in a much bigger Space!
If we observe closely everything - from plants, planets, living and non-living forms - is getting manifested in that Space and later gets unmanifested in the same Space, including the form of human beings!
That Space though seems empty, void, Still, it is not so!
It is the field of energy and field of ALL possibilities as Deepak Chopra MD (official) aptly describes it.
Now, that ever present Space can be accessed easily, isn’t it?
Being in that Space is ‘Being in Meditation’, Being in Self Awareness!
However, somehow lots of Dos and Don’ts, restrictions, and fear factors have been associated with the process of being there, here & Now!
