 It's really satisfying when clients get breakthroughs!

 

This person approached me saying the meditations learned online as well as off-line is not helping to move out of anxiety both at work front and family front.

 

My suggestion was - Stop Doing Meditation; Start Being in meditation even if it is for a few moments every now and then!

And it is easy to integrate into day-to-day activities too!
