Awareness!
Being in Self Awareness is being in

So, being in Meditation / Self
Awareness is being in Wholeness!
Then, why dissect the life process
as work life, family life, social life, and so on.
The more you dissect life into more
life processes, the more methods of meditation are required to resolve the
issues arising out of dissection!
Just be in Self Awareness
Be in the wholeness of life
