Do you really need different kinds of meditation?

 DO YOU REALLY NEED DIFFERENT KINDS OF MEDITATION?

 

 

Being in Meditation is being in the NOW!

Being in the NOW is being in Acceptance!

Being in Acceptance is being in Gratitude!

Being in Gratitude is being in Self Awareness!

Being in Self Awareness is being in the Flow of Life!

 

So, being in Meditation / Self Awareness is being in Wholeness!

 

Then, why dissect the life process as work life, family life, social life, and so on.

The more you dissect life into more life processes, the more methods of meditation are required to resolve the issues arising out of dissection!

 

Just be in Self Awareness

Be in the wholeness of life

It’s a journey, not a destination!
