Did you notice that in the run-up to the year 2022, there were moments of joy while greeting others and receiving the greetings?

 

They were the moments of being in the Now!

 

Some of you might have felt the pain of the past while all these festivities were going around.

That’s because of slipping into the past and reliving it in the mind!

 

I went through both experiences!

 

However, I was able to align with the Now! And I was ok with both the experiences!
