Leadership conudrum

 LinkedIn is awash with posts on how to hone the traits of leadership.


However, we have seen that leadership role is also assumed by persons practicing might is right and nurturing the followers by pandering to their emotions and torturing others.


This is happening in corporate, political, and other areas.
