With whom you like to get coached?

 With whom do you like to get coached?


It’s imperative to have mentors and coaches in our journey of progressing in life.

Here are those two types;

1. A person who is on the journey and ready to accompany you.

2. A person who has reached the destination and is ready to share the journey details.

We have a choice between these two types and both are equally wonderful.

However, the success and joy of learning solely depends on the choice with whose approach we feel comfortable!

Here is another beautiful and effortless way to be in meditation and de-stress;

Become aware of your breathing rhythm. Allow it to happen the way it is happening.

Normally we inhale and then exhale pushing out the air completely.

In this practice, after normal inhalation, exhale in three stages.

Please follow the pattern indicated below;

Inhale, exhale, exhale & exhale completely.
Inhale, exhale, exhale & exhale completely.

Keep breathing this way,
at your own rhythm for a minimum of five rounds.

This way of breathing refreshes both body and mind!
