Why it seems difficult to
have attention on thoughts?
Because, the very nature of thought is to split into opposite polarities with
every sensory perception!
And lot of comparison adds up to that!
That's how the mind becomes the repository of 60 to 90 thousand thoughts each
day!!
And door to the arena of anxiety, depression and other psychological issues
will open up as the number of thoughts increase!
To be aware of the gap between the thoughts is one of the effective ways to
drop unnecessary thoughts and bring focus on the actionable thoughts.
