Ria sat in silence, trying to meditate. “Why can’t I stop
thinking?” she thought angrily, which only made her more frustrated.

it’s about acceptance. Just keep returning to your breath when your mind
wanders.”
With those reassuring words from the guide, Ria tried again
with less pressure. She learned to let her thoughts come and go, like waves on
a shore.
Forcing
your mind to be quiet creates resistance. Allowing it to wander builds
acceptance.
