Twist to Hari Bhajane MaaDo Nirantara!

 What is the easiest way to de-stress an agitated and anxiety-filled mind?

 

Micro-practices create pauses between thoughts that help in the process of De-stressing!

These pauses between thoughts are also places of inspiration!

On Buddha Poornima day, the pause created by micro-practice inspired me to write six-word stories which I continued for 50 days!

A few days ago, I created a song based on a famous Kannada movie song from Mungaaru Male.

Today, On Aashada Ekadashi, I am making an imitation of the famous Dasara Pada – Hari Bhajane maaDo Nirantara!

I am not a musician or a singer by any yardstick, but I have tried my best!

Insta reels, Web series may give pleasure

However, they can become the cause of many ailments (Sleeplessness, and its effect!)

So, keep practicing micro-practices to de-stress an agitated and anxiety-filled mind!
