That is the only thing I usually
ask and insist on as I start the Self Awareness/meditation course!
To enjoy life a fit body is a must!
Here’s what Sir Richard Branson has
to say –
“Just find time to get fit. People
think they are not going to be able to find time to keep fit, that they are too
busy.
But, actually, if you do find the
time to keep fit, you can fit in an extra 2-3 hours into your day! It pays for
itself many times over”
So true, right?
Once you start exercising your
body, you will be good at listening to your body, healing the body, and easily
can get into micro Self Awareness practices!

(age cannot be an excuse!)
P.S. 1 - I started exercising very
regularly when I am fifty years old. And I have not taken any medicines in the
last six years! (barring of course about 5 times of paracetamol ingestion)
