Why Self Awareness Practices?

 The second wave of Corona virus!

What a beautiful punching bag it has become to blame all our worries, anxiousness, restlessness, fatigue and even the depression that most of us are going through!

 

Life is akin to a voyage on the sea.

Can there be a sea without waves? NO!

SHIP helps us to sail through the sea.

And without Self Awareness, life will be like going on a voyage in a rudderless, anchorless ship!

Ship will simply drift in the sea directionless and unable to get to any harbour of choice.

Do you know what that ship is made up of?

It’s our body, sensory perception, thoughts, and emotions.

However, all these four are always in a state of flux.

Therefore we are unable to sail through the waves of pain and pleasures and drifting aimlessly!

Self Awareness practices will help harmonize the components of our ship.

So it results in the immunity and strength of the body, alert senses, focus on workable thoughts only and employing the emotion in the right perspective.

No amount of hitting the punching bag will help sail through the sea of life!
